2D & 3D Artist
I'm Dineth Perera, a self-taught artist working across 2D illustration, character animation, 3D art and game development.
My background is in graphic design and photo editing, which I began exploring in 2020. That foundation in composition, colour and visual communication now shapes everything I create, from vector characters and frame-by-frame motion to fully lit and rendered 3D scenes.
I work primarily with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects for 2D work, Blender for modelling, rigging, lighting and rendering, and Godot for building interactive projects. Being self-taught, I approach each project as an opportunity to develop new skills, with a strong focus on clean design, believable motion and cinematic presentation.
This portfolio brings together a selection of my personal and freelance work.
